I turned 32 a couple of days ago. I am still fat. I still don't have the energy I want. I still am not the mom I want to be because of my weight. I decided it's time to change. I want to be me. I want to focus on the important things in life instead of my weight and being fat. I want to take my kids hiking and bike riding and when we go swimming, actually wear a bathing suit. I'm giving myself a year to do it. 7 pounds a month. That's all. 84 pounds total. I will be using the Wii Fit, walking with my dear husband, not drinking soda, and subbing shakes for a couple of meals each day. Simple things that will eventually add up to me being who I want to be physically, so I can start focusing on more important things in life!
